Last weekend was the famous Cheese Days where my future hubs and I started dating four years ago. He also had his class reunion earlier in the afternoon before he ditched me to go to the Badgers game. It's all good though because I got to spend time with great friends :)
I was able to track my friend Corinne and her family down at the Days before the class reunion. It was like finding a needle in a haystack. She was a line of people in front of me on the same sidewalk! You can see my future hubs and Corinne's daddy talking banking in the background :)
Riley's first Cheese Days!
My bestie got to meet my friends Berkley and Cassie. They made quite the trek from Milwaukee to the sticks!
I was able to hang out with my college classmate Brent, who is now working for the school district I student taught and subbed at year.
My bestie and I. We look much more grown up since our last Cheese Days :)
The day after my day of fun at Cheese Days, I went back to the same town this time with my bestie, her cute little girl, her mom, grandma and sister to do some wedding dress shopping. We made a trip to Madison and had lunch at Chipotle before hitting up David's Bridal. Erica eventually found her dress (it is not the one that is below).
I really like that one shoulder dress on me, but not sure if I want it in navy. Erica wants to try this style for my wedding. I would find it hilarious if we chose the same dress for each others' wedding!
Her sister really liked this dress and I loved this color with my tan skintone. My future hubs favors this dress of the three.
Alicia looks great in this dress. It would be navy with the bow being canary.
I on the other hand feel like I'm too skinny and it hides my curves. Maybe it's because I'm too tiny for the sample sizes. Lol. I'd like to get a solid navy so I could re-wear it.
Riley was being freaking adorable at DB. Maybe she really loved the dress mommy was in!
This past weekend was spent celebrating our four year anniversary by lounging around in sweats and carrying out Pizza Hut. I couldn't have asked for anything better after a long day of working! Yesterday, one of the future hubs' co-workers from his last job made the trip from Waukesha to visit. I was able to meet him and his fiance for the first time. We talked wedding while the boys talked banking!
I am really hoping this week goes much smoother than last week. Here's to hoping to get enough rest and not get sick!!
